Class Of 2020: Landon Pavlisin

The Norwich Cadets – one of D3 hockey’s most dominant programs – landed themselves a key piece of the puzzle for their continued success in Landon Pavlisin of the Kenai River Brown Bears (NAHL).

The 6’0″, 183lbs native of Orange (CA) had a banner year between the pipes for the Brown Bears, and was named the Midwest Division’s Star of the Week three times this season in October, November, and March. Having participated in the NAHL’s Top Prospect Tournament this past season as well.

Last season he faced the most shots of any NAHL netminder (1,373) in 41 games played. Pavlisin also tied for the league lead in games played with 41 and was 2nd in minutes played with 2,342. He also ended up 3rd in the league in wins with a 23-12-4 record to go along with a 3.13 goals against average and a .911 save percentage.

Pavlisin is a graduate of the Anaheim Jr Ducks Program, while also having spent time in the BCHL, AJHL, and SIJHL prior to the NAHL.
